I use Spark and Rehydrate every day to get a little energy and replace vitamins and minerals that I sweat out.
If I'm going to be driving early in the morning, I grab a Slam. My soda drink of choice keeps me awake, but Slam keeps me awake without the need to stop and use the restroom as often!
